Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey could be set for a spell on the sidelines yet again.
The Ghanaian only recently returned to action for the Gunners, but has suffered yet another problem.
The 30-year-old was not involved in their game against Sevilla in the Champions League group stages on Tuesday, which they won 2-1.
“Thomas picked up an injury in training yesterday,” Arteta told TNT Sports in the build-up to the match.
“We don’t know the extent of it. Unfortunately, he’s a big miss for us.”
Arsenal will now have to rely on the likes of Declan Rice and Jorginho in the centre of midfield.
