Wolves fullback Hugo Bueno was delighted with their preseason win against Rennes.
Wolves impressed for the 3-1 triumph on Saturday.
Bueno told the club’s website: “It was brilliant to be honest – it’s nice to finish like this. We’ve worked really hard, and I think we showed it today, all of the players, so we’re really happy.
“It’s important to finish like this, to give confidence to the team. We know we have good players, so we just have to try to play like this the next game and hopefully get a good result.
“I think we’ll assess it really well. We knew it was going to be tough, people going out, but we focus on working every day. I think we saw a really good performance and we have to keep going like this.
“We’ve been working on knowing how to play with each other, all the players. The offensive passages and also to be aggressive in defence. We just have to keep going like this.”
