Manchester United are in contact with Bayer Leverkusen fullback Jeremie Frimpong.
The young Dutchman is United manager Erik ten Hag‘s top choice for right-back this summer market, says BILD.
And contact is now underway with Frimpong’s management team.
While contracted to Bayer until 2025, they’re resigned to selling Frimpong at the end of the season.
Along with United, Real Madrid are also interested as they seek a long-term successor for veteran right-back Dani Carvajal.
A move to United would mean a return to Manchester for Frimpong, who came through the system at Manchester City.
