Manchester United goalkeeper Matej Kovar was delighted to play a full 90 in their preseason win against Lyon.
Kovar kept a cleansheet for the 1-0 victory.
“It’s a good win to be honest,” he told manutd.com.
“We [have] won two games in a row which is always good. We got a clean sheet too, which is good but like I said, I think, especially in the second half, we played some brilliant football and I believe there is also a lot of room for improvements.”
Kovar also had praise for short-term signing Jonny Evans.
“You could see he has plenty of experience,” Kovar said of the 35-year-old.
“He has been playing Premier League week in, week out for how many years but you could see the experience he has.
“For a player like me, it is a pleasure to play with a player like that.”
