Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo admits he wants to join Chelsea,
Chelsea and Brighton are haggling over a fee for the Ecuador international.
The Seagulls are demanding at least ?80m to sell Caicedo, who says he would welcome a move to Chelsea.
The midfielder told TCTelevision: “It’s a big team, that’s true.
“A very historic team and I can’t say no because it is a very big, historic, beautiful team.
“The city as well is beautiful.”
