Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta says his team has huge room for improvement.
The Gunners are a point behind Premier League leaders Manchester City having played one game more.
Arteta said, “We don’t have a single player who has reached his peak. Not one.
“We are still very far from where I want us to be. We can be much, much, much better at a lot of things.
“There are certain players that have to go to a different level in terms of leadership and the responsibility they have to take.
“There is a lot to do and we have to give them the tools that they know how to manipulate.
“But now is not the time to do that because I don’t want to put them in a position that they are not going to be comfortable with.”
